Auckland Golf's representative programme has a rich and proud history, marked by significant achievements across the men’s, women’s, and junior programme. Over the years, the programme has produced numerous champions and has been a breeding ground for talent that has excelled at national and international levels. The junior programme, in particular, has been a cornerstone of the district’s success, nurturing young talent and instilling in them the values of a strong culture of collaboration, personal growth, and humility.

We’re on the lookout for passionate, organised and supportive volunteers to help lead our Junior Development Representative teams during the upcoming school holidays.

If you love golf, enjoy working with young athletes, and want to be part of their development journey, this is an awesome opportunity. All travel expenses are covered during events.

 Manager Roles Available:

•Junior Girls – Development Quad

Cambridge GC | 12–14 April 2026

•Junior Girls – Northland Battle of the Blues

Sherwood Park GC (Whangarei) | 14–16 April 2026

• Junior Boys – Development Quad

Howick GC | 7–8 April 2026

• Junior Development Squad – Taranaki

New Plymouth | 6–9 July 2026

 We’re looking for volunteers who:

• Are organised and can create a positive, supportive team environment

• Communicate well and work comfortably with players, coaches, and parents

• Can attend training sessions with Head Coach Marcus Wheelhouse

• Have experience leading teams or groups

• (Ideally) Can drive minivans/12-seater vans
